Got seeds and they have been soaking for 3 days (warm water); the outer coating is soft but the seed coat (nicked) has not expanded...

What else can I do?

I've never grown them, but I would just plant them in potting mix now and use bottom heat...

I've never tried it.... Gibberellic Acid may be.
