not much of a scent and it is not a pleasant one.

It's definitely a nicotiana but I'm not sure on the variety.

The small plant to the left of it is a fat-hen (also called Goosefoot) and is an edible weed. It's related to spinach and is good for you. Eat the young tips raw for the best experience. Smiling

I was gonna say nicotianna too but I've never seen one with skinny leaves. Nicotianna scent is strongest at night. i plant them everywhere for a nice night scent wafting in the windows.
