Welcome! plantsmylove. I think it would help if we knew what zone you live in! Although I suspect in most parts of the country things are ok to go out by Memorial Day - unless you're in Alaska maybe? Hilarious!

Momma Nature will dictate the date that things can go out. Some plants can take the 30's, some the 40's and some don't really want anything below 50F. If you are asking about a specific date, well, there is really none. If you are asking about putting tropical plants out in general, in my opinion, every plant flourishes when it has some outside-time.

My test for putting things outside is when I can walk around the yard barefoot and my feet don't hurt.

I would analyze the location outside..orientation of the sun for the most part of the day..is it more full sun south facing, or is there a nice west-east light. North side is rather weak, but maybe good for Dracaena's, pothos and money tree.

And best of all, the temperature, particularly the overnight temperatures. I usually try to hold it till I see temps go more stable 50F and higher.

For orchids, would need to know what type it is. Some may require more full sun, some shaded bright area, and again temperature prevailing in your area.

Rule of thumb here for tropicals to not need cold protection is whenever the night temperature will not go below 55deg. I stretch it to 50 sometimes, but . . . why take a chance?

I would think all those plants would do well outside as long as it doesn't get cold at night. Some need to be in the shade, though. Blazing direct sun on a plant that has been indoors can burn foliage, so acclimate them gradually.
