Portulacaria afra 'Variegata' aka Rainbow Elephant Bush, I think. Here's mine from the summer.

It's says it's also called miniature jade, so is it a mini variegated jade or is that a nickname? Jades usually grow upward not hanging and get orange tint in leaves when exposed to adequate sunlight.

I think probably a nickname. The one in my photo gets a lot of direct sun. I have a couple of jade (Crassula family) plants of different types and they do grow upright. There a lot of Crassulas with different growth habits and appearance. The Portulacaria is more horizontal at times than it is hanging. I have a green Portulacaria and the growth on it is more upright than on the variegated one, but I don't know if that is characteristic or if mine are just growing somewhat differently for some other reason.

Miniature Jade is just a common name/nickname for the plant. It is a succulent like the Jade Plant (Crassula ovata) but no relation, being a different genus and species.

There is a variegated Jade that looks similar: Jade Plant (Crassula ovata 'Lemon & Lime') but still, it's a different genus/species.
