I think I will, Ursula. It's a compact, so at the least the size is manageable. Of course, I might not sell any and then will have several "personal" plants. Sighing!

I put my nose to those Sarcoglottic sceptrodes aka "Green Dragon Orchids" aka "Puppet Orchids" and there is a fragrance. It is almost like citrus. My wife says to her it is a sweet citrus but to me it is a more acidic citrus fragrance. I just assumed they would be fragrance-free.

Thanks for the insight on the Epiphronitis Veitchii, Melissa. It took three of us to beat that name into the submission. Group hug I'll just consider the species name invalid and go with the hybrid name, adding 1890 to it. As if these names aren't hard enough!

Humm, that may be more accurate. My nose often fails me. I just knew it was a fragrance I couldn't quite place.

Well the storm foiled my plans to take photos.

Phal Matt Rad bloomed today. It is NOT orange. It is kinda ugly. Green base color with a weak red overlay.

On a good note, Phal bastianii bloomed and it is gorgeous!

Melissa, our city father's have decided to change the name of our city, Starkville. We will now be Stark Vegas. They thought that would enhance our tourism and draw interest from around the world.

Happy April Fools Day! Whistling
