Lots of plants seem to root well in water. When you pot them up, however, they seem to decline, or fail to grow at all and die.

I can see how this might work very well. I wonder if it would work with hydrangeas that seem to root in water only occasionally for me. I'll give it a try.

I've never tried Hydrangeas but it can't hurt to try !
