These were taken by me in 2009 in the city of Interlaken, Switzerland during my visit there. At that time, I did not know they were poppies. Can anyone identify which these two are?

Since they are short, they'd be alpines, maybe. Papaver alpinum

Iceland Poppy or hybrid of it, Papaver nudicaule looks probable ..
