Dave, why is google setting a cookie when I log into ATP? I can delete it and it instantly comes back. I could have sworn you said some time ago you cut ties with google.

I never cut ties with Google. I use them to deliver ads on the site, and also to help me analyze the traffic. I think there are ways to opt out of these things in your browser.

Let me know if you need any help getting opted out of any of that. I'm very happy to help you. If you don't want to see ads, install the Adblock extension for your browser. You can use that same extension to block Google Analytics. By blocking both that should completely handle it. Thumbs up

With more research I found I was not alone in wondering about the 'immortal' google cookie - apparently happens a lot. To keep it from being set all you have to do in firefox is set your cookies rules to never accept third party cookies. That seemed to fix it. Don't mind me .. I'm just paranoid and really paranoid about google.
