Ferns grow here in abundance and while i always loved them i had never included them in my garden,..however one visit to the islands on our lake i spotted some baby Ferns and took some home,..one was Phyllitis scolopendrium,'Harts Tongue Fern',..which grew very well,..since then numerous Harts Tongue Ferns have appeared some have grown very big and to me look beautiful.

Two other Ferns i took home turned out completely different,..one grew pointing in all directions which i didn't like,..the other turned out to be Matteuccia struthiopteris,'Shuttlecock Fern',..now this one i love.

Hi Lin,..isn't it just!,..when in full bloom it lights up the end of my garden and more so when the sun hits it.

Another fern.

Growing on the wall at the end of my garden,..its Asplenium csikii,..Lobed Maidenhair Spleenworth.
