Who is this? Do I want to keep, give away or mow down?

Are you asking about the palm or the ivy?

Well, it looks like the palm is an Areca palm (Dypsis lutescens) and that does look like ivy but i don't know what kind.

Personally, i love the Areca palms. They are graceful and provide nice filtered shade and are not at all fussy.

It sure reminds me of a date palm, possibly Pygmy Date Palm (Phoenix roebelenii)

Guess this one gets given away or mowed down.

It can also be male, and you'll have just a shadow, no fruit Rolling on the floor laughing
