As a comment about Tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum 'Mount Pima'), MikeD wrote:

Several sources for 'Mountain Pima', including this database, list this variety as Nicotiana rustica or wild tobacco. However, as you can see from the photographs showing the height, leaf structure and flower color and structure, this is not correct.

It certainly looks like tabacum rather than rustica. Edited to add and correct typo. Could it be an interspecific cross that has been passed on as the species?

Hi Poisondartfrog - I do not know if it is a stabilized cross. I suppose it is possible but if it is, I have never seen any rustica characteristics expressed. As a matter of fact, it has always grown out quite stable with no perceivable variation.
