Length of bloom season varies a little depending on the weather but it lasts a few weeks. Notice the oak leaves.......it loves that natural compost.

I have a perfect spot on the north side of the house. There is an old privet hedge that sheds leaves, leaving a nice mulch. Thank you for the information.
