I've got the same stuff growing here (on the ground). Not sure of the name, but it is sedum of some sort.

I think it is Sedum acre. I just stumbled across a picture and the name in another bloggers journal. I had a named variety of this with much "fatter" little leaves that tended to have pinkish/reddish color. That was called 'Jellybeans'

Hi Annie,..I will have a look at Sedum acre,..i was sure it was either one of the following,..Sedum album chloriticum,'Baby Tears',..or Sedum album,'Faro Form',..now i have three to study lol,..thank you for going to the bother of searching for me,..i will come up with a name soon.

Hi Annie,..i had a closer look at Sedum acre and compared it with my gutter Sedum,..Seedfork,..'Larry',..had the Sedum acre in his Blog,..sadly its not the same,..mine is more like small Jelly Beans though does not go red grrrrrrrrrr!.
