This is the first time I see this on one of my plumerias.

Thumb of 2015-04-13/MamaIve12/33ceb5

Why are the leaves growing out this way? Blinking

Is my plant sick? This little tree is one of my most faithful bloomers.

Gardening is cheaper than therapy!
Boricua in Florida, I guess that makes me a Floridicua!

Will this affect its ability to flower? Should I spray it with something?

No, and probably. I'd start with an insecticidal soap.
