Regal Splendor with Blue Ivory in front of it. I've planted a number of smaller hostas around its base.

Remember Me is looking more mature this year and it is still showing some of the yellow colour it has when it emerges.

Restless Sea has lovely sawtooth edges to the leaves and white backs of the leaves as well.

Revolution was given to me as a single eye division after my first one died - That was maybe 3 years ago.

Ripple Effect is another planted at the base of Regal Splendor. New last year.

Salute is a smaller, upright blue hosta.

Sara was divided this year which is OK. It had been getting quite a lot larger than its registered size. It gets more yellow as the season progresses if it has good light.

This is my own seedling of September Sun. I think it dates from 2008. I like it because it stays yellow all season and I don't have too many that do. Am watching it to see whether I keep it or not.

This is also a seedling from 2008. I tentatively named it 2 years ago, but it tends to green up fairly early in the season. Still, at this time of year it looks pretty. The jury is still out on it.

Silver Threads and Golden Needles

Sitting Pretty - after 6 years FINALLY has 2 eyes.

Spilt Milk - was divided this spring. Doesn't have as much milk spilt as some I've seen.

Stained Glass had a few divisions taken from it this spring.

Stealth is supposed to be streaky. Mine seems to be stabilizing into a marginated plant. Anyone know if such a plant has been given a name?

Stiletto came to me in a styrofoam cup a couple of years ago.

Sweet Innocence - supposed to be the tetraploid version of Fragrant Bouquet. I find it a slightly unruly mound with wider margins than FB.

Tears of Joy is very, very tiny. Also late to emerge - I really thought I had lost it until I dug it up.

Teeny-weeny Bikini is another very tiny hosta. Has one eye with a couple of rogue leaves, but the newest leaf looks normal. Too bad because the other looked really interesting.

Tick Tock is a fast-growing small hosta. Was divided this spring.

Tiny Tears - a fast growing mini

Twist of Lime - another fast growing mini

Undulata - I think we all have a few of the really old varieties. This one was moved and divided last autumn.

and Undulata Albomarginata - I have several which are mired into the roots of my Linden tree. They are there for the duration.

Venus - this one has spectacular double white fragrant flowers later in the season.

Warwick Curtsey - fast growing. I took several divisions from this one and you'd never know it.

Whirlwind - I've had this for many years but it has grown slowly. I lifted it last autumn and took a few divisions and moved it to a brighter, moister spot. I'm hoping for better growth. I also kept one division to try elsewhere in the yard.

White Christmas doing well this year. Last year it was decimated by earwigs.

X-Rated - another which I fully divided, sold off some sections and replanted the rest in 3 groups.

ooooooo ViolaAnn your hostas are luvly as always It's a good year for me too as we had a cold spring so the hostas were late to come and then it was very wet so they are lush.
