I'm raising my first batch of hosta seedlings and it's a lot of fun to watch them come up. I have a few yellows, and a couple that (at least at the moment) seem to have wavy leaves of some sort. (I know that's subject to change as the plant matures.) I have one that's almost white, and it's growing slowly but I expect it won't make it.

At any rate, I figured these couple of seedlings looked interesting. Do they appear to have yellow streaks to you? (They're out of mixed streaked parents. I got the seeds from Chris at Hallson's.)

Have fun growing them!

Very pretty! Now you'll have to give them names!

Maybe I'll name the first one Jeff. ;)

I'm wondering when to replant them. I've read that hostas benefit from frequent replanting when they're small. Do I wait until they have a pair of leaves? More?
