It was fantastic. We went for the daffodil festival (think Newyorkrita) and I was just expecting daffodils but this place is huge and they have flowers blooming throughout the year and various festivals.

Pansies are one of my favorites for winter color. They keep blooming even in the snow.

Margaret, I forgot where you lived and I was like, "Summer?" We buy pansies here around November and by May they are gone. The heat just gets to them. I lived in Nashville for a couple of years and our apartment had flowers out front, of course. And pansies were always the first thing they would plant. I've seen them survive even with snow on them, which of course, freaked me out. What can I say? I'm a native Floridian! Hilarious!

Once the summer comes here in AR, the pansies are gone. They can't survive our hot and humid summers.
