For most of us the iris season is over. Mine was very satisfying but now I want to see what else you do for color in garden in July. Here is some of mine.

I should check the pods, but not during the next 2 days when it is supposed to feel like Hades. Since i wouldn't be able to plant a couple of MDBs & 3 order boxes came today. Luckily I didn't order many.

I've seen individual clumps of Missourriensis in Wyoming but seeing a full field is amazing.

Wonderful pics, Naomi! That field of irises! And I think I'll just leave the pic of the stream up and stare at it all day. It looks so cool and inviting.

My garden is a big work in progress as I gradually empty the hundreds of pots from our move but I am enjoying the veggie garden and individual blooms here and there, and taking pictures of everything helps me in deciding what would look good together.

Once again the most beautiful, incredible photos! And I really love your landscaping project -- were those pictures taken from your 2nd floor deck?

Thank you for the comments, all. I told my husband that he should have taken a picture of me rolling around in the field! ha ha! I've NEVER seen so many in one place.

Sue and Stephanie, your pictures are gorgeous!!! Thanks so much for sharing! My first love is iris, but I'm beginning to collect a few daylilies too, so I'm really loving those pics!
Naomi
