Yes it is spirea but I have no idea which variety or cultivar! It is actually the neighbor's but hangs over into my yard and looks very pretty.

Looks like it to me. Check my photos of Renaissance/VanHoutte spirea.

Sadly, I have not yet figured out how to do that. The plant is listed in the database as Van Houtte Spiraea (Spiraea x vanhouttei 'Renaissance').

I'm more comfortable moving it into the generic entry since there are numerous spiraea that have similar blooms.
