I sure looks like it's a hoya, as it is vining much like a hoya.! All my hoya are much, much smaller. This one is pretty big and will have to be transplanted into a new hanging basket today. Thanks, @bamira, stefan!

Looks like Hoya to me also; another possibility is Wax Plant (Hoya obovata)
