Thanks! I grow Supertunias because they bloom profusely non-stop until a hard frost with no dead-heading or don't get leggy.
You should try some.

I was wondering about others experience with Black Cherry because its performing more like regular Petunias.

Two of the reds this year:

Petunia Exserta has almost star shaped blooms.

Firechief has a good clear red. It is an Heirloom from the fifties.

Clint, nice purple petunias, they look wonderful. When I take pictures with my digital camera, my purple petunias look like dark blue ones on the screen. So I don't really take pictures of purple ones. But hey, keep up the great work, what I am seeing looks awesome!!! Hurray!

I took these photos with an iPhone. They seem to have really good color!

Has anyone tried this petunia called Supertunia Giant Pink? It is HUGE! I've never seen anything like it. It only took one for my front flower bed. I can't believe how big this plant and its flowers are.

Last year I collected seeds from a Pink Wave knowing it wouldn't come back as a pink wave. A friend had a black petunia show up in a pot that she never planted so I took seeds from it also. From just these 2 plants this is the variety of colors I got this year.

These are the only blacks I got in the whole bunch. And I'm lucky I got these.

This has been such fun looking at the variety of colors! I need seeds from a multi colored red to try next year! I want more brightness!

Julia, I got 2 hanging baskets of Indian Summer petunia. Planted them in these urns and am thrilled with the vitality through our rainy summer. Love the color, and Carolyn, the color does change as the flower opens.

Hi Debbie
I grew the Night Sky petunia last year and notice the saved seeds were true when planted this year. My photo shows the color a little lighter, it is really a darker purple.

Good to know Kathy! Never saved seeds from petunias before but might have to give that a try. Thank You!
