Eva looked so comfortable on the chaise lounge, just could not resist the tree peony by her side!

Absolutely precious. Wouldn't it be be great if we could keep them that way as long as we wanted? Of course, their parents would fuss.

Thanks, I actually speak of that picture often when talking about my tree peonies.

These are my two peony trees and I treasure them. They are out in the field in all kind of weather and they never leave me down. Each year they bloom for me along with the old fashion peonies I have.

I don't have the pink one anymore, but have the yellow and white. Which ones are in your garden?

Taiyo and Shima Nishiki. The latter is new this year and struggling in the extended higher heat. Will see how it does into September. Taiyo was put in year before last and bloomed last Spring. Should be a bit darker red, but this color was lovely. Didn't bloom this year. Think it has an iron deficiency.

Here are some pictures of my tree peonies. I quite frankly would have to look up their names. I ordered them several years ago and bought a couple locally. Naturally, most of them bloomed wrong. Notice one even has two different blooms on it. I have their names wrote in a garden book somewhere, but I was not concerned about the names when I started collecting these tree peonies.

Your yellow and white ones are just like mine, but I don't have the proper names either! They are beautiful, all of them. Now I want more colors as well!

Tree Peonies are such wonderful peonies and so beautiful, however, that little girls sleeping next to that large white one puts it to shame. She is a little sweetheart. Smiling
