I have to stick up for Dazzlberry. Mine is low growing and blooms well.
I do agree about the browning
According to Monrovia the plant is 6 to 8 inches tall and spreads to 18 inches. Thats pretty much what mine does.

Dazzleberry is planted right by the street so that may be part of the reason it gets a little too cooked. I so think some of the other ones stay a nice color longer. i am ordering some Firecrackers and will be interested in how they do.

Disappointed in my Hydrangeas this year. The blooms didn't last long enough.
