These dahlias will be for a September wedding.
I am sure that I will have plenty of time to grow them, but I do not have a source.
Please advice me.

Your local nurseries may carry individually potted dahlias, available now, in white. Proven Selections is just one brand name of Dalina/Dahliettes/Dahlinas.

Swan Island Dahlias is having their end of the season sale right now - they may have what you are looking for.

Geof, I found many very small sized dahlias at Sawn Island Dahlias. I bought enough to receive two gift dahlias.
Thank you for the information.
