Cool, how many seedlings do you expect to bloom? I noticed today that about 3 or 4 of mine are going to bloom. I didn't expect any to bloom as I got them lined out so late.

Tom I would say 75-100 if they don't rot off first. It's not been a good year. Rain , heat, humidity, & cold all in one week!! Just a ton of rot!!!

I set out 229 seedlings last summer, I doubt if I have a hundred left. The tiniest ones seemed to make it just fine, the biggest ones with the most increases died of rot. Kind of discouraging for sure.

Not yet, she's not mine to name though. I've been giving him suggestions, so far none have been right.

Here are two more sibs to 40-12-1 both broken color

Thumb of 2015-05-20/irisfirefighter/82be3c light pale yellow with very light purple streaks. Also has a glitter to it.

Thumb of 2015-05-20/irisfirefighter/e22222 can see the broken pattern better on this one.

There should be more open tomorrow if it warms up a bit.

I like the yellow rim on the falls and std. I think it's neat. I took pollen from this seedling. and put it on Bratislavan Prince by Mego. Hoping to get more seedlings. with rims.

I hope in 2 years to have seedlings that look as good as Brads. I'm crossing Decadence, and it's kids to just about anything that blooms!!! That includes some of my seedlings. Just think Broken colors with Decadence style!!!
