Thank you Dave, ATP, and Mike, Victory Seeds, for the $25. dollar gift certificate! I enjoyed spending it mostly on flowers and a few herbs.

I'm looking forward to my rose plant from Garden Harvest Supply! I have some tough Knockouts in my front landscape bed, but I haven't tried Oso Easy Roses yet. I'm getting 'Mango Salso' and planning to put it in a big container (22") in the corner of the "tropical" bed by our deck. It may have to share its pot this year, maybe with a baby 'Dr Seuss' brug and some dianthus. When/if it gets too big for a pot, it can go into the ground nearby. It'll be near 2 hardy hibiscus, a new basjoo banana, hardy lotus in water pots, a zillion amaryllises spending the summer in "Jill's amaryllis spa," and various other tender plants. I think the hot colors of those blooms will be a great addition!

Here are the 3 climbing roses I received fro Brushwood nursery yesterday. Aren't they beautiful!!

Are they three colors, or one? They are certainly healthy and beautiful.

They are Eden, Zephirine Drouhin and New Dawn. Look like 3 shades of pink to me. Eden and New Dawn may be close to the same shade of pink and ZD darker pink.

Wow they ARE beautiful. I got my box of plants from Santa Rosa gardens yesterday too. No photo, I've just been too busy. But they are all so big and healthy. Thank you Santa Rosa gardens for sponsoring another not a raffle raffle.

They look great Susan, I love Brushwood, have gotten some great things from Dan. He also used my Polka rose picture for his online catalog.

Look how nicely Garden Harvest Supply packs their plants! Not a wilted leaf in sight, despite the heat. And this sweet baby even has a bud! Can't wait to see my new 'Julia Childs' in bloom.

That's beautiful. I was also very impressed with their packaging. Their plants are so much bigger than you'd expect from mail order too.

Yippee! The first bloom, on a tiny plant, from my prize shipment courtesy of Oakes Daylilies: 'Pandora's Box'. Looks like at least one more of my new daylilies will at least give a glimpse of its flowers this year, with the rest waiting till next year to strut their stuff.

Want to give a sincere tip of the hat and a huge thank you to Bill Kurek at Caladiumbulbs4less.com. I had fifth place in May's Not-a-Raffle and chose his Caladium bulbs. When I told him that I planned to donate most to my local community garden for their fund raising sales, he was exceedingly generous in filling the box. We potted them and let them leaf out before sending to Market yesterday and look how beautiful they are!
