Wildflower? in the Plant ID forum

PNW WA half hour south of Olym (Zone 8a)

This has sprouted from a wildflower mixture I sowed early this spring. It has a small pink bloom now. In one photo I was able to capture the bloom clearly, and in the other the leaves.

(new camera goes on my Christmas list...)

Any idea what it might be?

I'd say that's a linaria, Catmint. Mine have just started to bloom now, too.

Just found a Linaria maroccana listed online in the contents of the seed packet!!
Haven't had this plant before--will be fun!

It's a first for me, too. I'd tried winter sowing a few times, to no avail, but tossing seed out in March did the trick. The first to bloom for me were hot pink!

I need to get pictures...maybe tomorrow.
