Hi there, I planted this one about a month ago. This week the bottom leaves started turning yellow. It's planted in a pot with mulch and good potting soil. I added an organic fertilizer the first week and nothing since. Today I gave it a shot of Blood Meal to perk it up. I planted it about a month ago.

Any thoughts?

Do the veins remain green while the areas between go yellow or is it all over yellow? I'm assuming it is in some kind of large pot since there is mulch, is it a wood product mulch? If you have a camera a picture would be useful.

Where I'm going with the first question is possibly magnesium deficiency if the veins stay green or nitrogen deficiency if it is all over the leaf yellow.
