I have seen variegated Iris with purple flowers, but I'm wanting one with white variegation and white flowers. Does this plant exist? If not, what are some good white Iris?

Try "Sub-Zero"

It is a recent introduction by John Van Hook.

That's actually a sort of question that the Iris Database is designed to easily answer. It looks like there are at least four:

I have one called Striped Britches...
Couldn't get a decent picture of it this year... but you can get the idea.. Seems to be about the same size as the variegated pallidas... maybe a little shorter at IB size. this is it's first year..

Thanks to all who replied. I know about the database; however, I actually wanted to know which ones people had grown and would recommend. I wish the database had a feature in which we could rate our plants.

Also, if you're wanting just white.. I've had Lacy Snowflake for probably 20 years. It's reliable, a good grower, and pretty as well. An older white that I'm fond of is Skating Party. It has a lovely grace about it. I've tentatively identified one of my historics as Matterhorn. Whatever it is, it's a great grower and is very floriferous. I'm happy to share/trade any of these.
