The vegetable could be pumpkin,squash, or cucumber possibly but I'm not sure which it was growing wild in my garden.

The tree, not sure if it's a cherry or plum.

They are full grown so if anything crabapples. But what cultivar has purple leaves and fruit?

Looks like the tree is purple leaf plum, the green is from being shaded not allowing its full color.

The vegetable I'm still unsure but leaning towards pumpkin.

What color is the fruit inside? Cherry would be dark as the skin, I think?

I agree it is likely a plum if it has a pit.

As for the vegetable plant, I don't think anyone can tell until it actually produces something. Cucumbers look like squash and vice versa at that stage. (And maybe someone who knows more than I do will speak up and give us a better clue! ) At any rate I have never been able to identify such volunteers at that stage.

You were right the first time, it's a purple leaf plum of some sort:

For what it's worth, the color of the inside of the fruit won't tell you much. Both cherries and plums can have red skin and yellow "meat", or red skin and red "meat", or a number of other combinations.
