i saw a helychrisum plant in the flower shop full of seeds flying around. Straw flower. If i sow some of the seeds now. Will i benefit blooming plants before this winter?

Not sure if you are in spring or summer now but my guess is, yes, you could plant now and get flowers. And they reseed well so you could have volunteers next year.
