Yes, there is.

Go to the plant in the plant database and look for 'file a growers report.' Click on that and it will open up your report for that plant. There will be a pencil in the right hand column of the entry you made. Click on the pencil and that will allow you to edit the entry.

You can also arrive at the same place but start in your own Plant list.
Need to edit this: in your own plant list, don't click on the pencil over on the right , click on the calendar then when that screen comes up click on the pencil.
