These were winter sown by

and the label rubbed off before we could transplant them out. We can't figure out what it is and would be grateful if anyone else knew.

I'm so not good at identifying but could it be a variety of Lythrum (Loosestrife)?

Janet- the problem is that the only seeds that were unaccounted for was sea thrift, which this is clearly not
A true mystery!
You are right, though, it does look like a hyssop.

It sounds as though there was a seed mix-up Trish. Something which often seems to happen, but Hyssop is pretty and a useful plant.

It will fit right at home (already has, actually) in my butterfly garden with it's friend salvias and agastaches
I guess I've been lucky (?), this is the first time that I've ever had seeds from a company mixed up.
