I had one rot over winter but the one left is looking good. Pull that plant up and see if it has grubs under it. I bought one from home depot and it had a bunch of those nasty bugs in the root system.

I don't grow that specific one, but some similar. I agree with Julia, it might be pests.
Or, (I hope I'm wrong) hylotelephium are wrecked by fungus here if they don't get enough sun and/or too much water. I'm currently dealing with that after the crazy rains we had last month... Grumbling
Did you get a chance to see the leaves before they died?

It gets plenty of sun, and that area is where I have many succulents growing. All are doing well. The leaves started out in March looking good.

I noticed about 3 weeks ago that it wasn't looking to shiny. I will give a report on what I find when I dig it up.

When I say grubs not the one like Kate had in England but much smaller. Guess the term would be weevils. I will almost bet that there will be no roots on that plant. Don't throw the plant away treat and repot in your semp soil and it may start growing again. I use Bonide Eight granules

I picked up 3 touchdowns at the end of the season and only one survived it was behind the lamp post. I guess it was protected from the snow and ice behind the post. The other two were in the middle and all the snow and salt was shoveled on top of them. I hope the yellow blooming one survived. My Sunsparklers did not survive either and I have had them for 2 winters.

I might give Touchdown Teak one more try, if I find one this fall.

I think I will avoid them. It is develped by Terra Nova. Their Heucheras do not survive in my climate.

I love to see things coming out of Michigan because they flourish and survive in my climate. I am a strange zone 6. We get a lot of freeze and thaw and little snow. More ice storms and swinging temps. Every plant I have gotten that is Terra Nova developed dies. I do not know where they trial their plants but it cannot be in my area.

I lost my Touchdown Teak too, but this spring. Looked good and then just keeled over all of a sudden.

They have their nursery and growing areas in Canby, Oregon. Big difference between here and your area Cinta.

Chris, mine did the same things. Came up like gangbusters and was beautiful, and suddenly started dying. Shrug!

Mine came from Santa Rosa gardens and has done fine. Not sure I'm crazy about it. Maybe just too brown for my taste? A little floppy but most of my sedum are this year.

Here are the flowers.
