I have several newer cuttings that had inflows on them when cut...I have noticed several of them have burnt little flowers to be...what do I do to avoid losing these inflows before flowering??

There is nothing you can do. The cutting will try to divide its energy between flowering and rooting; sometimes the flowers win, sometimes the roots do. It is in any case best to remove inflos when trying to root a cutting since you may delay the rooting process. I know it's tough to do though
