Feel so dumb moved here in Dec I have this beautiful tree and I can't seem to identify it it. Sorry for the dark ones don't know how to delete

Dahoon Holly was my first impression as well. The leaves of Yaupon Holly (Ilex vomitoria) are much smaller.

The leaves, the berries, and the bark all look like Ilex cassine.
