sck- that is a pretty scene. I had given up on impatiens several years ago when they all got some disease, I recall it was something that kind of went nationwide. The local murseries now sell very few. Yours look just fine-maybe I will try them again.
Very pretty! I love all the colorful blooms! I've given up on impatiens, too. Mine never got full and beautiful like yours, but I probably didn't keep them watered enough!
When all is said and done, there’s more said than done.
Does anyone know if the threat of the impatiens disease/fungus is resolved? I know not all nurseries stopped selling them and I've switched over to begonias for the past few years. It would be nice to grow some impatiens again.

Good to know. Since I have a shady yard, I used to do all impatiens with some seed-sown Browallia thrown in. I do like Begonias but it would be nice to mix it up with some impatiens. I think this is my 3rd or 4th year not growing them.

Nice to hear that impatiens are thriving. Er - sorry about the begonias?
My begonias generally do okay if the chipmunks don't dig them up. They like digging up new stuff so I employ a big jar of cayenne pepper to discourage them. Sometimes it works.
