Help!! Aphid attack....

San Diego (Zone 10a)
This is a small Black Magic Rose cutting I planted last year..now that is has new growth it's being attacked
is it safe to srapy something on it??

You can probably get rid of the aphids by just spraying it with water from the hose.

Porkpal's right. You can blast them off a plant with a garden hose. They can't climb back up. You can also run your fingers along the stem or bud and make them fall to the ground. Or you can squash them with your fingers. They squash easily.
