Northern Gardening forum: Hardy grasses

Greetings from Maine where it was 101 F yesterday. Despite that I am looking for some hardy grasses similar in look to Stipa ponytails (Mexican feather grass). I have some huge 3-4 foot tall grasses but what I like about this cultivar is it is less than 2 feet tall and very decorative. Thanks!

Hi Maineac -- I have a little clump I planted last year and it is a blueish color -- very nice "short mound" Now if I could only remember the name -- Confused
