It does look like C.i. and that dark color is gorgeous. Seeing the "eye" would almost seal it for me. Does it volunteer much in UT?

I've had Alba for 4 years and it's never reseeded for me. I haven't tried the seeds. I ordered Mongolian Bells and got the Alba. It's a lovely plant and fills a space nicely.
