Hi Paul,..i was tagging as you viewed the picture,..same thing happened with your last picture i viewed as you were tagging lol,..that plant/shrub is Cytisus scoparius,'Scotch Broom,..as for the lighting,..i get sunbeams hitting parts of the garden leaving other parts in semi darkness,..thanks for the thumbs up and nice comment.

I thought that it might be a Broom........I would love to visit the British Isles. My ancestors were all from England. My Mother-in-Laws were from Scotland. Ireland must be lovely.......Incidentally thanks for the generous thumbs-up.
