I am having trouble finding where to purchase the very tall Asiatic Lilies. I live in central Ohio but can order online if anyone knows of a particular place to order from. I did find a couple at Michigan Bulb.

Have you looked at the Green Pages here? The link is over in the blue column on the left. Go to that page and click on "Lilies" in the box up at the top and it will give you a list of vendors known to have lilies, along with recommendations from other members.

You can also get some at Costco in fall and spring if you don't care about if it's names right.

Just about all the catalogs that I get in the mail have them in the spring, but it's very late to be ordering them now. In most areas those lilies are in bloom by now. You'd be better off to wait and order early next spring to get good quality, and the ones you really want.

I did a quick search of a few places I've ordered bulbs from, and they are mostly "sold out" and are selling fall-planted bulbs now.

Here's one that is still selling, at a discount but I must admit I don't order from them any more because I've had some less than satisfactory bulbs arrive.

However I wonder what you mean with "very tall Asiatic lilies"? There are certainly Asiatic lilies that can get quite tall, but I didn't find any at Michigan bulb company.
Is it possibly that you are searching for what what they call "Tree Lilies"??? This is just a marketing thing and what they are really selling are so called Orienpet or O.T. (short for Oriental Trumpet) lilies. Some of these can grow impressively tall, given time and care
