I got this as a rooted cutting early this spring. It is now nearly 5ft. tall and putting out its first blooms. Just wondering if they will develop more double blooms as the plant matures? These flowers have one extra petal up inside the trumpet, and that's it.

Thanks Rhaps, yeah the curls are great, the color is nice the fragrance is amazing, but they're not double flowers, at least not yet. I'm holding out hope.

Couple more new flowers open tonight, but still only one small extra petal inside the trumpet . . Blinking

Mine did not put out a double until the third flush. And yes she smells heavenly. One of the most fragrant in my yard.

Ahh, that's good to know. I did re-pot her when she already had buds coming, too. So I will wait and give lots of TLC.
