Can tags be managed using an iPad? Can't seem to do this unless I view photo on my Windows desktop.

You have to be able to drag the cursor and the ipad supports this but I'm not sure how to do it.

I think maybe you tap twice but on the second tap, you hold it down and move the finger.

Or you double tap with two fingers?
