@flaflwrgrl Ann, What a very well articulated post. Thank you for saying that about Jon not being able to participate in the raffles. I most certainly agree. I was just lazy and didn’t reply when I first heard Dave mention it *Blush* I am so glad you brought it up. I definitely trust the Whitinger system of raffle drawing such that it could definitely be fair and include the Whitingers. It would be fun for them and small reward for all of their hard work Hurray!

I know that nobody feels like there would be any nepotism here. Nevertheless, it just feels wrong to let a family member be eligible so even if there was universal approval for the idea, I still wouldn't allow it.

But it's okay. Jon recently won the American Hemerocallis Society's youth photo contest so he's happy. Smiling
