I found these two growing in my yard and that maybe they were Datura Metel, however, they dont act like it, but have the same smell.

And at night all the leaves point up towards the sky.

Looks to me like Nightshade (Solanum nigrum).

Please be careful using common names for plants.

Deadly Nightshade = Atropa belladonna,
