Larger tubers will be prepared but the smaller tubers will be dried and saved for planting in February, normal planting date here is
Valentine's Day. So I hope for better production and larger tubers next spring. This is my first time planting potatoes and I did it
just for fun in a recycle bin.

I have small hands! The larger tubers are about the size of golf balls, so I'll do something with them, maybe some of Ina Garten's
dill potato salad!
