I purchased this day lily at Lowes called Daring Deception, but its bloom didn't match its picture.

Lowes commonly sells Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Entrapment')
That would be my best guess...

Lowes rarely sells anyone the right daylily, except Stella De Oro...

As long as u are happy thats all that matters. I really watch buying from any store because you never know who is tagging these plants at the supplier. I don't buy unless i can match the bloom with the picture stapled to the pot.
I purchased Margarate Mitchell from Home Depot 4 years ago and it was a great buy at 7-8 bucks. One of my favorites.
Wish i could help but for sure its not Daring Deception.

Niki - I don't buy the daylilies at the box stores because I figure they are probably dead roots. I do however get some of the bulb plants though ... like Amaryllis. Your Entrapment bloom photo is beautiful! Looks like you got a winner even if it was mislabeled as something else.
