Can you see if it has a woody stem? I'm thinking it may be an Apiaceae but since some of those, such as wild parsnip, are toxic if you get the sap on you I would try to look without touching it. I don't think that's what it is, but until we can narrow it down I tend to err on the side of caution. It looks rather like Angelica but it's a long time since I've grown that and a lot of these plants look similar.

It is similar to the goat's foot - Aegopodium podagraria , but teh grows fast enough
