We have eaten chard, kale green onions, spinch, peas, Fava beans,  followed by amarantha, purslane, squash, beans- 8 kinds,corn, cucumbers, TOMATOES, 8 kinds,  four kinds of peppers -hot. I have two apple trees, Asian pear, two kinds of figs, raspberries, red and yellow,  blackberry,  salmon berries, strawberries,  grapes,  Aronia berry and most favorite asparagus and artichokes. The goal is to have a edible  forest garden.   I am getting there.  Pesticide free since 2003.
